At Powerhouse Children’s Foundation, we believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our programs pair children with dedicated mentors who provide consistent guidance, encouragement, and a positive role model to look up to. Through one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, we help students strengthen their reading, writing, math, and critical thinking skills, ensuring they have the academic foundation they need to succeed. We also focus on developing study habits, time management, and problem-solving abilities, giving children the tools to approach challenges with confidence.
Respect through structure
Beyond academics, we offer enrichment opportunities that nurture creativity, social skills, and emotional well-being. These include workshops, cultural outings, arts and STEM activities, and life skills training. Our mentors work closely with each child to set personal goals, celebrate progress, and provide encouragement through setbacks. What We Offer:
Plays & Theatre Productions – Bringing stories to life on stage while teaching teamwork, discipline, and stage presence.
Children’s Concerts – Featuring our youth singing and performing for the community.
Community Performances – Sharing music and performances with local audiences, including special concerts for elderly residents.
Through performing arts, our kids learn self-expression, public speaking, and the power of sharing their gifts to uplift others.
